One person is dead and three others were hospitalized following a shooting in East Los Angeles, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
The shooting was reported around 8:30 p.m. near Telegraph Road and Arizona Avenue, just off the 5 Freeway. Details on what led up to the violence were unclear.
The severity of the injuries of those who survived was not disclosed. LASD did not release the name of the deceased.
The investigation is ongoing.
