
An Amber Alert was deactivated Sunday after a missing 1-year-old boy was located across state lines, the California Highway Patrol said.
The Amber Alert was deactivated just before 9 p.m. after the parties were located in Arizona, according to CHP.
The 1-year-old was taken outside of a Target store from his mother at knifepoint by his 20-year-old father, Dragan Antonescu and his grandparents.
