An Amber Alert was issued Thursday morning for two children and a woman last see in the Santa Clarita area.
The alert, issued by the California Highway Patrol on behalf of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, was issued at about 5 a.m. Thursday for Sofia Ordonez, 9, Romeo Ordonez, 12, and Cristal Ordonez, 45. They were last seen at about 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at near River Circle and Soledad Canyon Road in the community north of Los Angeles.
Details about the reported child abduction were not immediately available.
The CHP posted information about the subjects and a vehicle sought in connection with their disappearance. It was identified as a black 2018 Kia Sorento SUV with California license plate 8LRF237.
Anyone who sees the SUV or subject was asked to call 911.
