
A woman was attacked as she was leaving her job in Rosemead Sunday night, according to the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department.
The woman was walking to her car at around 10:30 p.m. after leaving her workplace when she noticed a man lurking around her car, LASD said.
As the man chased her into a dessert business, the woman tripped and fell. The man then hit her legs with a metal pole and took off.
The woman is expected to be okay and said she did not recognize the man that attacked her, LASD said.
