Authorities in West Hollywood were investigating two brazen robberies Thursday that left victims without their luxury watches and jewelry.

The first robbery occurred around 2 p.m. in the 8100 block of Santa Monica Boulevard, according to the LA County Sheriff’s Department. A group of armed suspects got out of a vehicle and demanded the victim’s watch and took the jewelry from his neck.

Similarly, during the second robbery, four suspects demanded the victim’s gold Rolex watch before fleeing in a grey sedan. The robbery happened about a mile away, around 3:34 p.m., near Melrose and Westmount Drive.

Neither victims were hurt, and it’s unclear at this moment if the robberies are connected.

No arrests have been made and the investigation remains open.

Earlier this month, a man visiting from San Francisco was ambushed by at least three armed men and was robbed of everything he had.
