
Homicide detectives are investigating after a 2-month-old boy died Sunday in Lancaster, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Sheriff’s deputies were called around 8 a.m. to the 44000 block of Beech Avenue following a report of a child not breathing. Firefighter personnel were also called to the scene and pronounced the child dead.
It’s unclear how the infant died.
Law enforcement did not release the baby’s name.
