Deputies from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Friday began chasing a driver who was suspected of traveling in a stolen car near Huntington Park.
The pursuit began at around 1 p.m. in the South Los Angeles area.
The female driver traveled in a Hyundai Sonata with an Oklahoma license plate until she eventually came to a stop in South Gate on McCallum Avenue and Atlantic Avenue.
She was taken into custody at around 1:25 p.m.
