A driver was arrested Sunday following a police pursuit that ended with a standoff in the Adams-Normandie area.
The slow-speed pursuit started around 5:50 p.m. after the driver refused to stop, according to police.
The vehicle stopped on the 10 Freeway overpass along Western Avenue. The stretch of the street was closed as officers attempted to get the driver to surrender.
After about 10 minutes, the driver got out of the vehicle and surrendered to officers..
