A driver in a stolen car led police officers on a dangerously high-speed pursuit in the San Gabriel Valley on Monday.
The chase began sometime before 10:50 p.m. after officers responded to a report of a stolen vehicle. Desperate to evade officers, the driver traveled at speeds exceeding 100 mph on the freeway.
Eventually, when she reached the City of Industry, the driver halted the vehicle under a bridge and surrendered to police.
It’s unclear where the chase originated. The name of the driver has not been released.
