Investigators are trying to track down a woman who is accused of killing another woman earlier this month in San Bernardino, police said Wednesday.
The deadly incident started when officers were initially notified of a “physical altercation” involving multiple people on West Concord Street near Medical Center Drive at around 5 p.m. on Feb. 1.
When the fight ended, the suspect, identified as 21-year-old Elvia Johnson, entered a car and fired her weapon at the female victim, according to the San Bernardino Police Department.
The victim, whose identity was not released, was taken to a hospital but later died.

Johnson, who has an active warrant for her arrest, is armed and dangerous, police warned.
Anyone with information about Johnson’s whereabouts was urged to contact the San Bernardino Police Department’s homicide unit.
