Los Angeles police detectives are asking for the public’s help to identify possible additional victims in a sexual assault investigation involving a Los Angeles man.
David Josue Lopes, also known as David Lopez, was arrested on Nov. 6 in the Westlake area, according to the Los Angeles Police Department. He was later booked for sexual assault.
Police said Lopes, 37, was identified as a suspect in the kidnapping and sexual assault of a minor female in Hollywood.

Police said they believe there may be other unidentified victims “due to the brazen and serious nature of the assault.” A photograph of Lopes is being released to assist in identifying anyone who may have been victimized, investigators said.
