Orange County health officials urged residents to take precautions after confirming another case of measles involving a person who visited the Disney theme parks.

According to the Orange County Health Care Agency, the individual visited the parks on Thursday, Jan. 22, 2026, at the following times:

  • Disneyland Park, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Disneyland California Adventure Park, 3 p.m. to closing

Health officials said people who visited the parks during those times may be at risk of developing measles seven to 21 days after exposure.

Measles is highly contagious and can spread quickly.

“The best way to protect yourself and others is to get vaccinated before exposure occurs,” said Dr. Anissa Davis, deputy county health officer.

On Feb. 2, the health care agency reported a second case involving a child who also visited the parks. Those visits occurred at the following times:

  • Goofy’s Kitchen in Disneyland. Hotel, 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday
  • Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park, 12:30 p.m. to closing on Wednesday

Officials said they are working closely with park officials to notify employees who may have been exposed.

Symptoms of measles may include fever, cough, runny nose, and red eyes, followed by a rash that typically begins on the face
