The first major award show of the 2026 season is here.

The 2026 Golden Globes kicked off Sunday Jan. 11 at The Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills. The night was hosted by comedian Nikki Glaser for the second year in a row, and some of the biggest stars in Hollywood went head to head for awards in film and television.

Big winners of the night included “KPop Demon Hunters,” “One Battle After Another,” and “Hamnet” for film, and “Adolescence,” “The Studio,” and “The Pitt” for television.

A few awards went out prior to the show — Helen Mirren received the annual Cecille B. DeMille award for her contributions to film, while Sarah Jessica Parker was honored with 2026’s Carol Burnett Award for Lifetime Achievement in Television.
