Nearly 2,000 SoCal Edison customers are impacted as a power outage impacts residents in the Simi Valley area Thursday morning.
According to SoCal Edison, 1,946 customers were affected by the power outage.
The outage was reported at around 3:57 a.m.
Drivers were seen traveling through dark streets where businesses and stop lights were seen blacked out.
It is not clear what caused the power outage and it has not been confirmed if it was weather related.
