A suitcase left in the lobby led to a bomb squad investigation Tuesday morning at the Orange Police Department.
An employee noticed the item just before 5 a.m. and reported it to a watch commander. A person dressed in dark clothing approached the front doors of the building, left the suitcase in the lobby area and left, police said.
A bomb squad responded to the station and the building was evacuated.
At about 9 a.m., members of the bomb squad pulled the case away from the building.
