The earthquake struck the LA County community around 5:11 p.m. at a depth of 7.7 km. It was reported roughly 10 km north of La Verne, according to USGS.
Light to weak shaking was reported in Ontario, Riverside, Rancho Cucamonga, Claremont, and Pomona.
No structural damage or injuries have been reported.
